This policy explains who operates Valthgard, what the website collects, where it is stored and how to reach us about it.

This website and the HydroFlux surfaces described on it are operated by Valthgard SpA, RUT 77.503.226-K, domiciled in the commune of Casablanca, Región de Valparaíso, Chile. Privacy questions and rights requests go to privacy@valthgard.com.
Through the pilot form we collect the name, work email, organization, country, role, crop, field size and message you choose to submit, the consent you give, and attribution fields the page carries such as referral source, landing page and language. Our servers keep standard security logs. The contents of the form are not written to those logs.
A pilot may include field boundaries, crop context and dates that you provide, plus HydroFlux outputs generated for that work. We use this information to deliver, secure and evaluate the requested service, subject to the applicable pilot or service agreement.
We use information to answer requests, configure pilots, provide support, operate and secure the product, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not add pilot contacts to an unrelated newsletter.
Pilot requests are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States, and the service that receives them runs in Google Cloud's us-central1 region. Submitting the form therefore transfers your information outside Chile. Google is our infrastructure provider and processes this information on our behalf; we use no other processor for it.
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads no scripts, fonts, images or embedded content from third parties. There is no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind. If that ever changes, we will publish the change and its effective date here before it takes effect.
A pilot request is deleted automatically one year after it is received, unless a longer period is required by a contract, a legal obligation or an active security matter. You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information associated with a request by writing to privacy@valthgard.com. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the effective date here.
