These terms govern use of the public website, demonstrations and evaluation surfaces.

Product purpose
Valthgard provides field-scale water intelligence and decision support. HydroFlux outputs are estimates with stated uncertainty and support conditions; they are not irrigation prescriptions, guarantees of crop response or a replacement for professional agronomic judgment.
Demonstrations and pilots
Website demonstration data are synthetic unless clearly stated otherwise. Pilot scope, permitted use, service levels, confidentiality and commercial terms are governed by the written agreement for that pilot.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe another customer's data, interfere with availability, submit content you have no right to use or present an abstained or limited-support result as a guaranteed measurement.
Ownership
Valthgard and its licensors retain rights in the website, product, software, models, design and documentation. You retain rights in information you lawfully provide, subject to the permissions needed to deliver the requested service.
Availability and liability
Public materials and demonstrations are provided as available and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Valthgard is not responsible for decisions made by ignoring support status, uncertainty, observation age, abstention or professional field verification.
Governing law, changes and questions
These terms are governed by the law of Chile, and disputes arising from the public website are submitted to the ordinary courts of the commune of Casablanca, Región de Valparaíso. Where a signed pilot or service agreement says otherwise, that agreement prevails. We may update these public terms and will publish the effective date here.
